1. Agreement to Terms
By browsing the Belle Jewel catalog, reserving items via our WhatsApp concierge, or completing a jewellery order, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. WhatsApp Ordering & Order References
Belle Jewel employs an authentic database-backed WhatsApp click-to-chat checkout system:
- Clicking “Order via WhatsApp” produces a collision-safe, authoritative order reference in our system (format:
BJ-YYYYMMDD-XXXXXX). - All prices, variant parameters, and discounts are computed server-side. Browser tampering with prices cannot alter the authoritative database record.
- Quoted prices in verified order references remain locked and honored for 24 hours from initiation.
3. 1-Year Anti-Tarnish Warranty
Our signature 365-day anti-tarnish warranty applies to all 18K Gold PVD coated 316L stainless steel pieces:
- Covered: Color fading, black oxidation, peeling of the vacuum PVD seal, or green skin discoloration occurring under ordinary daily wear.
- Not Covered: Catastrophic physical damage (e.g. violent chain snapping, stepping on rings), deep mechanical gouging from sharp tools, loss, or unauthorized third-party repairs.
- Claim Process: Contact our WhatsApp concierge with your unique Order Reference (
BJ-...) and photos of the affected piece for replacement approval.
4. Intellectual Property
All proprietary product codes, branding, editorial copy, high-resolution jewelry photographs, and website design assets are the exclusive intellectual property of Belle Jewel. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
5. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with orders shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
