Belle Jewel collects only the minimal factual data needed to fulfill your orders and deliver your jewellery:
- Order Coordinates: Your name, WhatsApp phone number, city, pincode, and optional delivery notes.
- Order Snapshot: Product SKU, chosen variant (Color, Size, Finish), price at moment of ordering, and generated Order Reference (BJ-YYYYMMDD-XXXXXX).
- Device Telemetry: Anonymized browser information used exclusively to optimize page rendering speed and security rate-limiting.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To verify stock availability and prepare your items in our studio.
- To coordinate insured courier dispatch and provide real-time tracking numbers on WhatsApp.
- To validate your 1-Year Anti-Tarnish Warranty using your unique Order Reference.
- We NEVER sell, rent, monetize, or disclose your contact details to third-party marketing brokers.
3. WhatsApp Privacy
When you click “Order via WhatsApp”, an authentic order record is created in our secure PostgreSQL database before opening the WhatsApp chat. The pre-filled message only contains the item specifications, order reference, and delivery details you entered. Your direct WhatsApp conversations with our concierge remain private and end-to-end encrypted by WhatsApp.
4. Cookies & Security
We use strictly necessary first-party cookies for security verification, shopping session persistence, and administrative console access. We do not employ aggressive cross-site ad tracking pixels.
